Individual Room reservations are fully refundable if cancelled prior to 48 hours before check in. (2:00 PM on the date of the reservation). Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable. (no exceptions)
Reservations made through third party websites are non-refundable.
Group bookings of more than three rooms (booked together or separately) will be charged in full one week prior to the reservation date and are non-refundable after charged.
Entire Inn Bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of the reservation and this deposit becomes non-refundable 60 days prior to the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the reservation and is non-refundable after this time.
